The spacer block is a core Gutenberg block that makes positioning elements within your story pages easier.
Drag to increase or decrease spacer height
For instance, if you want the heading or paragraph block to appear at the bottom of the story, simply add a Spacer block first, and then you can drag to increase or decrease the height of the spacer.
Manually increase or decrease spacer height
Alternatively, you can also manually set the height of the spacer in the Block Settings to the far right side of your editor. The height is based in pixels and can be manually entered and adjusted as needed. Manually entering the spacer height can save time if you have multiple pages where you want the Copy Text to appear in the same spot.
