A type of website design process that only focuses on changes to style that can be achieved with CSS, such as typeface changes, color changes, and minor layout adjustments. This is one of the least expensive options available for a redesign. However, it does not have the option of changing functionality, and it is difficult and costly to upgrade to a theme later on.
