Footer Area
A footer area is a an area of the site, typically located near the bottom of the website, for displaying useful information that is tangential to the website. It is sometimes also referred to as the footbar. Content in this area is usually available across the entire site and typically contains widgets that an administrator of the site can customize. In the image below, this area is the area outlined in red.
