Publication Homepage

This template is used on the CFA Magazine page and the News & More page of your website. Each page serves as the “Home” for your two publications and automatically pulls in the newest Edition post for each publication.

Updating the News & More page

To update the News & More page, you can create a new Edition post for the News publication.

• In the backend of WordPress, go to News > Editions.
• Create an Edition post with the name of the date you’d like it to go live, for example News 9-28-2022.
• Add all the components to the page that you would like displayed: Banner, Latest Stories component, Featured Stories component, Collections component, Small Promos component, Social Media component, etc.
• In the Publication meta box, be sure News is selected.
• Save as a draft, schedule for a future date, or publish the post immediately.
• Once the Edition post is live, the News & More page will automatically update to display the newest Edition post.
