Forms

This theme supports two types of forms, Gravity Forms and Liaison Forms.

Gravity Forms

Liaison Forms

Liaison Forms are built and managed through SpectrumEMP. IS&T has created a plugin that allows those same forms to be embedded in your WordPress site. To embed Liaison Forms on your WordPress site:

1. Go to Settings > Liaison Forms
2. Enter your API key and ID
3. Select the form you wish to embed from the drop down menu below.
4. Copy the shortcode for the form.
5. Paste the shortcode in the text editor of the page you would like to embed the form on. This shortcode can also be placed in the BU Text Widget or a Shortcode block for pages and post with the block editor enabled.
