IS&amp;T has created a plugin that allows those same forms to be embedded in your WordPress site. To embed Liaison Forms on your WordPress site:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to Settings &gt; Liaison Forms<\/li>\n<li>Enter your API key and ID<\/li>\n<li>Select the form you wish to embed from the drop down menu below.<\/li>\n<li>Copy the shortcode for the form.<\/li>\n<li>Paste the shortcode in the text editor of the page you would like to embed the form on.
