The second part is inside an opening <code>&lt;script&gt;<\/code> tag that is closed by a closing <code>&lt;\/script&gt;<\/code> tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"977\" src=\"\/online\/files\/2026\/06\/image-1-1024x977.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2266\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wpdocs.bu.edu\/online\/files\/2026\/06\/image-1-1024x977.png 1024w, https:\/\/wpdocs.bu.edu\/online\/files\/2026\/06\/image-1-300x286.png 300w, https:\/\/wpdocs.bu.edu\/online\/files\/2026\/06\/image-1-768x733.png 768w, https:\/\/wpdocs.bu.edu\/online\/files\/2026\/06\/image-1.png 1094w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>Select &#8220;Full Width with Form&#8221; banner layout, then place the DIV tag with the unique form id into the Form metabox<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The <code>&lt;div&gt;<\/code> should be placed where the form needs to appear. For this theme in most cases that would mean placing it in the Form code field in the Banner Layout that supports a form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignnone\"><a href=\"\/marketing-landing-pages\/files\/2026\/05\/Slate-crm-form-tracking-snippets.png\"><img src=\"\/marketing-landing-pages\/files\/2026\/05\/Slate-crm-form-tracking-snippets-1024x752.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1221\"\/><\/a><figcaption>Use the BU Tracking Snippets metabox to load the Script tag. Be sure to include both the opening and closing Script tags and the entire contents of the script tag from the Slate Embed Code. Do NOT include the DIV tag here. This Javascript will load the form where the DIV tag is placed on the page.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Script tag must be separated from the div and placed in the Tracking Snippets metabox at the bottom of a page. If the <code>&lt;script&gt;<\/code> tag is placed in the main content area or a meta field it will be stripped out when the post is saved. It&#8217;s best to set the Script Placement location as &#8220;Head,&#8221; however either location should work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Step 5: Test the page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Save the post as a draft or publish the page and test the form. If it does not load, double check that you have both the DIV tag portion and the Script tag portion of the code placed in the appropriate locations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Slate CRM forms can be embedded in a page.
