Launch Checklist

Before launching your site, go through this list to ensure that your new site is ready to be live.

  • Send the site to IS&T for link check. Please note that it is recommended to give yourself 2/3 days to fix any broken links.
  • Double-check your content is accessible and up to date.
  • Make sure banner titles are not longer than 21 characters, if not, it will break incorrectly in mobile.
  • Check to make sure your shortcodes are properly embedded.
  • Make sure photos are sized properly for chosen banner location and that the photos are not being stretched or become pixelated.
  • Make sure your images have alt-text for accessibility.
  • Make sure your Parent Pages and Child Pages are in their correct locations.
