This theme uses BU Navigation to manage where pages live on the site, and whether or not they display in the navigation.<\/p>\n
As you update your navigation, pay special attention to how many top navigation items you have. Remember that each navigation item is a choice for users. Keep those choices logical, with clear and concise labeling that tells users what to expect when they click to that page.\u00a0This theme supports\u00a0two navigation layouts: Default, and Condensed.<\/strong><\/p>\n Do not, under any circumstances, enter all uppercase or all lowercase labels in the navigation label, unless it is an editorial requirement, such as an acronym. Themes automatically handle\u00a0uppercase\/lowercase text for styling purposes as needed.<\/span> Entering uppercase or lowercase navigation labels to try and affect styling can and will have unintended consequences.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The default navigation will support as many top-level navigation items as you have\u00a0allowed in Appearance > Primary Navigation. More information on editing the\u00a0main navigation in this layout option can be found at edit the full menu<\/a>.<\/p>\n The condensed navigation layout supports a short menu (items which appear before the\u00a0“Menu” icon) and a display of up to 5 main navigation items and their children when “Menu” is clicked – the “full” menu.
