Each of these fields must have the phrase &#8216;Admin Tracking&#8217; in the Field description to appear in the sidebar.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tracked items consist of two <em>hidden<\/em> form fields each. One, a <em>checkbox<\/em> with &#8216;Yes&#8217; and &#8216;No&#8217; choices; the second a date field. When adding new tracked items the checkbox and date fields must have adjacent field IDs for example 2 and 3 or 237 and 238. The best way to do this is to create a checkbox and then the date field and save the form before doing anything else.<\/li>\n<li>Existing tracked items do have adjacent field IDs and can be renamed or deleted as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Note: It is recommended\u00a0 to not edit forms during an active registration period.
