When the unexpected happens on a project, or when multiple groups need to talk to get work done, you’ll often see your project manager at the helm, steering the team to find a realistic solution that meets the primary goals and priorities at any given moment. As soon as there is any change in the work that needs to be done or when it can reasonably be achieved by, a project manager will be there for you to help find out what that means for your budget and timeline. Project managers are valuable problem-solvers that will work with the creative director and project team to find the best solutions that achieve project goals within budgetary and time constraints so that the most critical work is prioritized and so that a plan is put in place for how to achieve the rest of the project goals.
Project managers work closely with account executives to ensure everyone is in agreement and understands the budget, timeline, requirements, and expectations. They are a powerful asset to the team that ensures project dreams become project realities.
