Manage Test Score Details

Note: It is recommended  to not edit forms during an active registration period.

Each item in the Score Confirmation metabox is made up of three form fields: a drop-down menu listing the Standardized Test options, a text field for entering a test score, and a date field for the date the test was administered. To display the score listings this area these three fields must use the following naming conventions for each of these fields:

• The Admin Field Label for each of the three fields must begin with a unique name for the test being entered; for example test1 (this could be anything just no spaces or special characters).
• The Admin Field Label for the Test Score must append the the text: -test-score so the entire Admin Field Label would be test1-test-score
• The Admin Field Label for the Test Date must append the the text: -test-date so the entire Admin Field Label would be test1-test-date
• To include the Calculated GPA field the Admin Field Label for that field must be calculated-gpa. *This field may also need to be changed from an Administrative field to a Hidden field as Administrative fields are not accessible in this way.

The other field data can be edited as needed without disrupting the functionality.
